Who says we drop Alex Rodriguez for the money to use in improving more spots then just one ?

He’s going to cost more then he’s worth …… I know MVP worthy year …… but kinda weired he plays his best only when he thinks he can get more money and well we seee he’s the same o’ll a-rod in the playoff’s. …….. c’mone let’s drop him ….. go after some pitching and we wont need 54 homers or to put up atleast 6 runs a game ……. and yea im a yankees fan who knows how steinburner likes his fancy, and flashy toys ….. but hey use the money for Posada,Rivera and some new arms that can last …… Andrew Jones would be a nice add aswell and all this could happen for the price of one a-rod I think it’s looking obviouse.

unfortunetly thats not how mlb works. there is no salary cap, so it doesnt matter how much a-rod, or any other player gets. as for pitching, good luck trying to get anything in the free agent market. sorry to tell you this, but you are “stuck” with his 50+homers, 150+rbi, 100+runs, and .300+ avg. my advice to you, start enjoying watching the greatest player ever. (yes i did just say ever)
